Our client a leading consulting firm are looking for an experienced Management/ Business Process Consultant to join their growing MC division. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem solving IT process improvement experience within a Consulting or Financial Services environment. The candidate should demonstrate flexibility to adapt analytical methods This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team with a strong package on offer.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of client engagement from scope definition to delivery
- Plan, analyse and interpret business information using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Concisely summarise the results of analysis undertaken (verbal and written)
- Conduct meetings with clients in a professional and organised manner
- Conduct and interpret market research as part of client projects
- Contribute to the management of client engagement using project management skills
- Contribute to the preparation of client reports, presentations and client communications using excellent writing skills
- Identify challenges, risks, problems and opportunities
- Liaise and maintain contact with staff at all levels of client organisations
- Manage project files, plans, documentation and status reports
- Support business development, including preparation of proposals and tender responses
Requirements
- Relevant third level qualification
- 3+ years consulting experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Familiar with Lean Processes
- Proven skills in project management, business process improvement, and change management a bonus
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to bring an open mind, critical thinking and new ideas to client projects
- Demonstrable ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to use initiative
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Personally well organised, with good planning capability
- Ability to prioritise effectively, work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
