DHRP are partnering a leading organisation in Dublin 2 who are looking to grow their Financial Services Consulting team by appointing a number of Consultants, Business Analysts and Project Managers with experience in Process Improvement – IT within a large FS setting. There are both Permanent and Contract opportunities available pending on suitable candidate preferences. Responsibilities
- Completion of analysis of problems to root cause
- Experience in driving/capturing and documenting business requirements
- Project management/ Project office experience
Requirements
- Experience of Software/ solution development lifecycles
- Experience in user acceptance testing
- Experience in documenting processes and controls
- ideally a familiarity with lean concepts and basic tools
- Experience of driving joint consulting and client teams
- Strong word/ excel and ideally MS project experience
- A knowledge of BPM toolsets
