PA - Executive Assistant

A unique opportunity has arisen to work to work with a high profile organisation based in Dublin City Centre. This organisation is recognised as an industry leader within its discipline. If you have a minimum of 4 years PA experience working directly with either Directors, Partners, CEO’s or Executive level and share a passion for your job please contact us today about joining this rapidly expanding organisation, this role is scheduled to start from September and is for a minimum period of 6 months. 


  • Organise and schedule meetings, conferences and events proactively and using initiative
  • Screening and dealing with phone calls
  • Manage relationships in confidence on behalf of the head of the firm including clients, staff and external parties
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Preparation of reports, minutes, presentations and letters to company standard
  • Billing, filing and timesheets
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
  • Organising Executive meetings and managing the agenda, minutes and action items
  • Interacting with various people at group level and building rapport
  • Project management of events conferences and meetings
  • Create presentations and reports to a very high standard. Contextual understanding and initiative are very important here
  • Co-ordination and logistics for all meetings and events for the Head of the Firms office
  • Ongoing tracking of Firm projects
  • Dealing with and coordinating people across the firm who are involved in initiatives


  • Enthusiastic and confident with strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to implementing solutions and problem solving
  • Excellent writing skills (draft letters, minutes, reports etc)
  • Effective administrative skills, with keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to produce results under strict/short deadlines or for longer term projects
  • Ability to multitask, use initiative and prioritise workload
  • Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a “can-do” attitude to requests and tasks
  • Very high level of proficiency in information systems and working knowledge of the following packages:  Email, Internet, MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
