Organisation & HR Transformation Consultant

Our client are looking are looking to grow their HR Transformation team at a consultant level to assist with their current growth plans. From the outset, you will gain exposure to a broad and varied client base, enabling you to increase your market knowledge across a wide range of industries.  This is an opportunity for you to develop your consulting skills, whilst working alongside senior management within the firm and within your clients' organisations. Candidates will be encouraged to develop quickly have will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues who have developed significant expertise 'in- house' or through established long term client and industry relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of major projects and programmes. This will involve working closely with clients to improve their organisation design and HR capability
  • Support transformations from a change and culture perspective through activities such as planning and designing and delivering communication plans, training development programmes and transition and transformation programmes,
  • Develop work plans for components of engagements and manage junior teams to deliver against client objectives
  • Manage one or multiple workstreams and produce quality deliverable against tight deadlines
  • Contribute to client issues using your personal insight and experience to solve complex client  issues
  • Perform analysis to determine client needs/recommendations utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, and be seen as a subject matter expert within client organisations and by colleagues
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and apply best practice information to support opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice, by internal networking, and supporting new business proposals and presentations

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering workstreams or projects, and supporting change in a consulting or in-house environment
  • Minimum 2 years professional work experience in a multinational organisation or consulting firm
  • Very strong process and analytical skills
  • Experience and knowledge of working in a specific industry
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
  • Experience of managing client relationships and small teams
  • The ability or willingness to contribute to business development, through support bids for new business
  • Travel is a must with this role. Travel could be 100% of the
