Our client a leading organisation in Dublin 2 has an immediate requirement for a Marketing Administrator to join their team. This role provides an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to work with a global brand where they will get to work on all aspects of business development and marketing. The ideal candidate while have 1-2 years’ experience working in a marketing environment. He/she must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of working across a wide range of diverse activities.  


  • Supporting the Business Development & Marketing Director across all marketing activities
  • Event management
  • Administration of the CRM system
  • Research and information gathering for targeting purposes
  • Working  on campaign/marketing promotional information
  • Communicating with external and internal personnel in an efficient and professional manner
  • Monitoring competitor activity


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work with varying types of people
  • Be self-motivated and prepared to work on own initiative
  • Must be a team player
  • Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a “can-do” attitude to requests and tasks
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Communicate all information in an open and courteous manner
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Third level degree in Marketing/Business Development
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles
  • Experience in a Marketing environment is an advantage
  • Financial services marketing experience would be a bonus
