Our client a leading organisation in Dublin 2 has an immediate requirement for a Marketing Administrator to join their team. This role provides an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to work with a global brand where they will get to work on all aspects of business development and marketing. The ideal candidate while have 1-2 years’ experience working in a marketing environment. He/she must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of working across a wide range of diverse activities.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Business Development & Marketing Director across all marketing activities
- Event management
- Administration of the CRM system
- Research and information gathering for targeting purposes
- Working on campaign/marketing promotional information
- Communicating with external and internal personnel in an efficient and professional manner
- Monitoring competitor activity
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work with varying types of people
- Be self-motivated and prepared to work on own initiative
- Must be a team player
- Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a “can-do” attitude to requests and tasks
- The ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Communicate all information in an open and courteous manner
- High level of IT proficiency
- Third level degree in Marketing/Business Development
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Experience in a Marketing environment is an advantage
- Financial services marketing experience would be a bonus
