HR Analytics and Rewards Consultant
Our client a global consultancy are looking to grow their HR Analytics team at a range of levels.The successful candidate will assist in the design and application of business focused reward strategies and HR analytics for a wide variety of clients. Excellent scope for progression and a strong remuneration available for the successful candidates
Responsibilities

Creating practical and robust reward structures to support our clients’ businesses;

Job evaluation, job description writing and competency development

Researching, designing and implementing performance driven, short-and long-term incentive programmes

Planning and conducting end to end analysis of compensation reviews including data gathering and validation

Researching all aspects of best practice reward strategy (with particular emphasis on regulatory regimes and reward governance

Use of proprietary analytic tools and methodologies to develop bespoke / tailored analytic solutions

Developing dashboards to answer relevant HR measurement questions and communicate report data in a concise format

Preparing proposals for new and follow-on engagements

Drafting practical thought leadership articles and publications

Supporting business development initiatives
Requirements
-
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a reward / analytics related role in a large organisation or consultancy

Business / HR Degree or related discipline
