Data Protection Senior Manager | Director

DHRP are partnering a growing organisation who is a leading provider of privacy, data protection and GDPR services in Ireland and across Europe who is looking to appoint a Data Protection Senior Manager/ Director as part of their growth strategy for 2018.

The organisation has been providing data protection, information security and privacy impact assessment services for more than 10 years and the team has increased in size significantly in the last two years. The successful candidate will report to the Head of DP and will have excellent opportunity to progress. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a fast paced growing team.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple engagements simultaneously
• Mentoring and developing team members
• Completing risk management activities for engagements
• In conjunction with the partner in charge:
  • Support the development of Data Protection and Privacy propositions
  • Continue to build the organisations brand and profile in the Irish market
• Refining and improving our standard approaches to engagements

Requirements

• The successful candidate will have
• Professional services experience
• 10+ years of experience
• Knowledge of data protection and GDPR
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
