Responsibilities
- Compiling financial models
- Present appropriate financial models to clients
- Detailed financial and operation due diligence
- Conducting company valuations
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Conducting financial analysis
- Working closely with clients to offer transactional advice and strategy
- Presenting to clients
- Working closely with both financial and legal firms
Requirements
- Strong academic background
- Qualified accountant and or a third level financial/economic or mathematical qualification
- Transaction experience
- Strong communications skills
