Our client a leading consulting firm has an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager. This is unique opportunity for individuals with experience of medium and large scale business transformation projects across a range of sectors.
Responsibilities
- To deliver and manage business transformation projects in one or more of the following areas
- Strategy review and planning
- Business process re-engineering
- Process mapping and documentation
- Margin and profitability analysis
- Organisation structure review and design
- Cost control and revenue growth
- Supply chain analysis
- Facilitate client workshops
- KPI’s and performance measurement
- Change management.
Requirements
- Relationship management, negotiating with and influencing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Strong and clear communication style, comfortable to constructively challenge
- A recognised accounting qualification
- Lean / Six Sigma trained
- A commercial/ industry background
