Our client a leading consulting firm has an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager. This is unique opportunity for individuals with experience of medium and large scale business transformation projects across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities

  • To deliver and manage business transformation projects in one or more of the following areas
  • Strategy review and planning
  • Business process re-engineering
  • Process mapping and documentation
  • Margin and profitability analysis
  • Organisation structure review and design
  • Cost control and revenue growth
  • Supply chain analysis
  • Facilitate client workshops
  • KPI’s and performance measurement
  • Change management.

Requirements

  • Relationship management, negotiating with and influencing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Strong and clear communication style, comfortable to constructively challenge
  • A recognised accounting qualification
  • Lean / Six Sigma trained
  • A commercial/ industry background
