DHRP are currently partnering an International consulting firm who is looking to expand their growing Advisory team. Currently we are recruiting at all levels from Senior Consultant through to Director. The ideal candidate will be driven individuals who are ambitious and looking to progress.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver  large business transformation programmes
  • Contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
  • Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Performance Improvement professionals
  • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
  • You will understand, follow and communicate workplace policies and procedures to all levels of staff

Requirements

  • A solid business consulting background is a must
  • 3rd level qualification
  • A professional qualification (preferable accounting) is desirable
  • Strong track record of Business Performance Improvement
  • You will be at ease with a consultative approach and looking to reach your full potential
  • An ability to build a valued relationships with external clients and internal peers
  • Experienced in delivering presentations and proposals for medium complex projects or elements of highly complex projects
