Finance Business Partner

DHRP are working on a new opportunity for a commercially driven finance professional to join a leading firm as a Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated person to join a growing area of focus within the firm. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of different business disciplines including accounting, financial modelling, project management, and internal analysis.
The role will provide an excellent prospect to build a long term and sustainable career.

Responsibilities

• Help the leaders of each area to understand their financial performance, trends and the relevant underlying drivers to support business growth and increased profitability objectives
• Work with the team s and Management to devise and implement performance improvement programmes – improved profitability, accelerated cash flow, etc.
• Work with management to support budgeting; forecasting and other business modelling activity
• Conduct Client, Service Line and Service Title profitability reviews, together with appropriate response plans
• Project manage the development and implementation of certain system and process changes to support better quality reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• A recognised University degree or equivalent (minimum grade 2.1)
• Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) preferable
• A recognised University degree or equivalent (minimum grade 2.1)
• Newly or recently qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) preferable
• Minimum of 4/5 years working in aggressive commercial roles
• Experience working in a finance and/or Financial transformation teams
• Excellent understanding of general business practices
