DHRP are delighted to partner a leading Financial Services organisation who is looking to recruit an administrator/receptionist (Maternity Contract) to their growing team. This is a diverse and interesting opportunity to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Answering, screening, directing calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Administration support for EA team to the Board and Marketing team
- Manage all incoming post
- Recording cheques and distributing internally
- Managing all internal and external correspondence
- Co-ordinate meeting room diaries
- Scanning, filing documents
- Ordering/ recording from couriers
- Billing Reconciliations
- Other ad-hoc projects and duties when requested
Requirements
- Minimum 1 – 2 years in a similar role
- Strong Admin and Reception experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience dealing with the public
