DHRP are delighted to partner a leading Financial Services organisation who is looking to recruit an administrator/receptionist (Maternity Contract) to their growing team. This is a diverse and interesting opportunity to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Answering, screening, directing calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Administration support for EA team to the Board and Marketing team
  • Manage all incoming post
  • Recording cheques and distributing internally
  • Managing all internal and external correspondence
  • Co-ordinate meeting room diaries
  • Scanning, filing documents
  • Ordering/ recording from couriers
  • Billing Reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc projects and duties when requested

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong Admin and Reception experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience dealing with the public
