Responsibilities

• Leading a client portfolio  to ensure a quality client experience;
• Planning and overseeing work programmes and providing technical guidance to ensure the delivery of quality tax advice to our clients
• Contributing to business initiatives and growth plans for the business
• Managing a team of trainees and qualified executives
• Contributing to the performance of the tax business

Requirements

• Qualified ITI and/or ACA or ACCA accountant
• Extensive experience in leading a team while simultaneously delivering multiple assignments to a diverse client-base
• Ability to foster trusted relationships with our clients, combined with strong commercial expertise
• Excellent technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
• Team player with strong communication and leaderships skills.
