Strategy Director

DHRP are working in partnership with a new client who is market leader in organisational/ operational strategy and design. They provide a range of services including Commercial due diligence, Financial feasibility studies. Business cases and business plans, Organisational reviews and Corporate strategy implementations to a diverse and market leading client base.  The team have plans to grow extensively over the coming year and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Manager/ Director to assist with these exciting growth plans. The role will offer a competitive remuneration package and clear and defined promotional prospects for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Client targeting and general business development
• Preparation of research proposals and client presentations
• Designing and implementing research methodologies
• Leading teams in the preparation of high-quality deliverables
• Related, data gathering, analysis and presentation
• Developing strategy thought leadership materials
• Participation in strategy team meetings
• Development and coaching of junior staff members
• Develop relationships with peers operating in the in the strategy area throughout the company network
• Risk management and client administration

Requirements

• A recognised University degree or equivalent (minimum grade 2.1)
• ACCA or equivalent qualification confers advantage
• An MBA or equivalent confers advantage
• 10 years in industry role or 7 years in consulting
• Experience of the food, healthcare, retail or financial services sectors
• Evidence of sales effectiveness

• Strong inter-personal skills
• Strong business development acumen
