An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator with 1 – 2 years’ experience to join a global firm as a PA within one of their growth areas.  The role is suited to an individual with 1-2 years administrative experience and is looking to gain more experience in this area. The position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to be proactive in supporting the needs of the team and its clients. The candidate should ideally have experience of working in a busy client focused environment and be highly computer literate.


  • Provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support to three partners and their teams
  • Work as part of an administrative team with one other PA
  • Organise and schedule meetings, conferences and events as required
  • Diary and time management
  • Preparation of reports and letters to company standard
  • Maintain an organised filing system
  • Invoice preparation and liaison with the Finance Department
  • Upkeep and management of the client database
  • Management of tendering process to include including tender deadline management, tender preparation, development of client presentations and client research
  • Involvement in the client billing process
  • Support within Administration Team – reception etc
  • Other ad hoc duties as required


  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to implementing solutions and problem solving
  • Enthusiastic and confident with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective administrative skills, with keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to produce results under strict/short deadlines
  • Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a “can-do” attitude to requests and tasks
  • Friendly and able to work with varying types and levels of people
  • High level of proficiency in information systems and working knowledge of the following packages:  Email, Internet, MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
