Management Consultant - Associate Director

DHRP are partnering a leading Management Consulting team who due to rapid expansion over the past 12 months are looking to expand their Financial Services Business Consulting services by appointing an Associate Director.  This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated person to join one of Ireland best employers. This will be a challenging and fulfilling role, where you will be a key member of the team, providing a breadth of specialised services covering Banking, Insurance, Securities, Investment Management and Intermediaries and participating in the development of service lines to our clients in these industries.

Responsibilities 

• Supporting the financial services consulting team in developing the offering in the financial services sectors
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals for new client work
• Undertaking industry research and thought leadership covering the key market sectors/target clients
• Managing stakeholder expectations on an ongoing basis, both internally and towards clients
• Preparing formal reports and report presentations to Manager review stage
• Ensuring assigned projects and tasks meet required deadlines
• Supporting business development initiatives
• Carrying out other ad hoc support and projects

Requirements

• Any primary business or legal degree – having achieved at least a 2.1 grade
• A recognised accounting qualification 
• Recognised project management qualifications – would be desirable
• 4 years or more experience in a financial services; or in consulting role with experience of this industry
• Experience of working in and / or with large scale organisations
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive reporting skills are essential
• Experience in analysing data
