Lead SAP CRM Consultant

Our client, an established Fortune 500 global company, require a Lead Application Architect (SAP ECC, CRM, SRM) to lead the effort to ensure that common architecture strategy and decisions are implemented consistently across business and IT function.
Responsibilities
- Specify and design large and complex systems (e.g. involving significant team size and interaction, integration with multiple systems, covers multiple business processes or geographic regions)
- Selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools and ensures that they are applied effectively
- Review others' system design to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies
- Establish policy for selection of architecture components
- Evaluate and undertake impact analysis on major design options
- Ensure that the system architecture balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements
- Use appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces, to contribute to the development of systems architectures
- Produce detailed component specifications and translate these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products
- Set standards, strategies and procedures across the development life-cycle in the areas of systems integration and testing and ensure that practitioners adhere to them
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of specific technical areas and provide expert advice regarding their application
- Supervise specialist technical consultancy
Requirements
- Significant knowledge of a complex SAP implementation more specifically ECC, CRM or SRM
- Minimum of 2-3 full SAP CRM project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity
- This should cover circa 4 of the 6 main CRM process areas (Interaction Centre, Contact Management, Sales, Service, Internet Sales & Service and Marketing)
- Be able to mentor other members of staff technically
