DHRP are partnering a global practice firm who is looking to recruit a Manager to join our Corporate Restructuring/ Insolvency Department. This position involves working as part of a dynamic and expanding team of partners and managers who deal with a diverse range of clients
Responsibilities
- Project management
- Formal insolvency appointments
- Analysis and preparation of financial projections
- Forensic accounting
- Corporate Restructuring and reorganisation
- Advising clients on issues
- Problem solving
- Develop key relationships
- Coaching and mentoring trainees within team
- Other ad hoc issues when required
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or other relevant qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Corporate Recovery
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Have worked with a diverse portfolio of clients
