Insolvency Administrator
Location: Dublin 2. Type: Permanent. Salary: Negotiable . Reference# DH100825
DHRP are partnering a leading consulting firm who are looking to expand their Corporate Services division by recruiting an experienced administrator to working within their Insolvency area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate administration. Experience working in FS or Property would be beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage caseloads effectively and efficiently
- Progress assignments within defined timelines
- Perform administrative tasks related to range of insolvency cases
- Ensure cases meet statutory/regulatory requirements
- Maintain creditors and debtors ledgers
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Processing of payments to suppliers
- Reconciliation of monthly reports
- Liaise with external service providers
- Address various property management issues
- Draft and send correspondence
- General office duties
- Research key information
- Prepare for meetings

- Experience in property / property management administration is an advantage
- Experience in a professional or insolvency environment is also an ad
