Group Tax Manager

DHRP are partnering a PLC organisation based in Dublin City centre who currently have an exciting opportunity for a Group Tax Manager to join their growing finance team.This role will offer the right candidate excellent progression and a competitive remuneration package

Responsibilities

• Overseeing global tax compliance for the group
• Assisting with corporate tax planning throughout the group
• Tax compliance for international acquisitions
• Providing tax advice to the business on tax aspects arising from business change

• Co-ordinating the gathering of information required/requested in connection with a tax audit.

• Dealing directly with local tax authorities, local advisors and local finance teams and finance shared services centre
• Working with Group Transfer Pricing and financing structures
• Keeping abreast of changes to European transfer pricing laws

Requirements

• Qualified accountant and tax professional
• Ideally coming from Big4 / T op 10 background
• Industry experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• Minimum of four and a half years in a professional tax environment
