Corporate Finance Manager

DHRP are partnering a leading consultancy who is looking to expand their Corporate Finance division. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in some of the most important transactions in the Irish market.  The role will see the right candidate embarking on large scale projects within Mergers & Acquisitions, Solvent Debt Restructuring, Financing, Private Equity, Valuations and Project Finance/Public Private Partnership (PPP). Responsibilities

• Financial analysis related to transactions
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Drafting documentation with a compelling rationale to generate interest in funding proposals, companies for sale, project finance opportunities
• Exposure to deal negotiations
• Client-facing interaction with senior decision-making executives
• Working directly with the senior management team on large deals
• Developing key skills related to the valuation of companies
• Supervising junior staff 

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
• Experience within corporate finance is preferred but not essential
• A high degree of familiarity with Excel and an aptitude to develop and enhance financial modelling skills
• A proficiency in financial and accounting interpretation and analysis is essential
• Critical analytical skills
• Drive, enthusiasm and commitment
• Strong academic record
• Appetite to learn new skills in a challenging and supportive environment
