Corporate Finance Manager

DHRP are partnering a global consulting firm who are looking to grow their Corporate Finance Advisory Group at managerial level. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in work with the Debt Advisory team within the Corporate Finance Group

Responsibilities 

• Assist with the development of funding structures and option papers for clients seeking to refinance existing performing and non-performing loans;
• Assist with new finance raisings on behalf of clients across a wide range of sectors; incorporating both debt and equity raisings
• Assist with raising of finance on behalf of clients across a wide range of sectors for the re-finance of performing and non-performing loans  incorporating both debt and equity raisings
• Assist with the review of financing arrangements and cashflow management on behalf of finance institutions and wide range of clients
• Development and review of detailed, complex financial Microsoft Excel models for use in transactions
• Managing work stream on time with appropriate resource Manage and develop junior members of team
• Support team development, bid and sales activities

Requirements  

•  An ACA, ACCA or other accounting qualification
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong commercial and market awareness
• Experience managing transactions, including reviewing of financial agreements and transaction documentation;
• Experience of developing project finance models would be an advantage;
• Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging / dynamic work environment;
• Strong team player with good organisation, planning and leadership skills;
• Experience managing assignments/teams; Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports;
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
