Business Process Analyst

DHRP are partnering a leading healthcare organisation who are looking to appoint a Business Process Analyst for a minimum 12 Month FTC. The purpose of the role is to support the planning and rollout of a significant change project organisation. Reporting directly to the Project Lead the Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the business processes related to the scope of an identified project.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Project Lead to set up the project infrastructure (Scope, KPIs, reporting mechanisms etc.)
  • Support the development of process improvement opportunities, associated initiatives and solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools for our Billing/Flow project
  • Work closely with the identified project stakeholders to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the business processes under review
  • Provide quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvements using applicable tools
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the related business processes
  • Partner with process owners to adhere to standard systems and methods for managing business processes, enabling sustainable improvements in business results
  • Support Process owners in championing process improvements and establish ownership of action plans at the appropriate point within the organisation
  • Ensure that processes are captured and maintained in agreed formats accessible to the wider organisation
  • Support definition and validation of business requirements for standard core processes as well as differentiated business processes
  • Work with designated Process Owners and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that processes comply with reporting obligations (e.g. legislative, environmental and audit requirements)
  • Ensure that processes under review are adequate and conform to industry standards
  • Facilitate desired productivity and quality performance from team and stakeholders, based on defined KPIs as set by the project lead
  • Provide input to business change assessments from a business process perspective
  • Raise risks and issues as appropriate to the Project Lead
  • Prepare and provide regular updates on the project deliverables to the Project Steering

Requirements

  • Qualified to Degree level in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum three years’ experience operating in a complex organisation
  • Minimum three supporting/leading process redesign projects
  • Experience working on business process improvement projects or initiatives
