Transfer Agency Supervisor

Our client, a global leader within their sector are currently seeking applications for an experienced Transfer Agency Supervisor. This client is recognised Dublin based Hedge Fund Financial Services Company
Reporting into the Transfer Agency Manager this role will involve the supervision of employees and will require ongoing knowledge of evolving compliance,calculation of fees and the best practices of a well run Transfer Agency department. Your role will encompass the following:
Responsibilities
- Supervise monthly subscriptions/redemption's processing
- Supervise the process to set up new funds on system
- Communicate with both investors and clients regarding investor investment activity
- Review investment restrictions
- Review documentation for subscriptions/redemption's in particular, ensuring adequate anti-money laundering documentation has been received
- Review investor eligibility and status
- Ensure investor correspondence is responded to in a timely manner and reports are issued within agreed client deadlines
- Understand calculation of information reported to investors, including rates of return, equalization balances and performance fee allocations
- Understand different types of tax reporting to investors K-1, PFIC etc. Review investor's tax status
- Assist with client initialization process
- Assist with team development
Requirements
- 3- 5 years Shareholder Services experience on a senior level
- Hedge Funds experience
- Excellent communication skills
